2021 U14 Coach Lee Griffin
 Lee’s deep footy experience, insights and love of the game were honed playing VAFA Under 19’s & Division 1 seniors for Collegians.
He is a firm believer in skill acquisition, as the key foundation to teaching kids game sense and ball movement systems. Lee likes to create a fun and respectful learning environment whereby the kids understand the value of a “team first” culture.
