Online Registration Instructions
Follow these instructions to register in the VAFA for Senior Men’s & Women’s, Thirds and Under 19s.
Senior Registration 2025
To play in the VAFA, all Seniors, Reserves, Thirds, Under 19s, including Women players, need to register via PlayHQ. When registering, please make every effort to update your contact details so that the club can contact you, if required.
All senior men’s players – $550
All senior women’s players – $490
All Under 19 players – $480
As part of the VAFA’s registration requirements, all player registrations must be paid up in full prior to the commencement of the season, otherwise the player will not be allowed to take to the field as they will not be covered by the league’s insurance policy.
You will be able to pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and PayPal Pay in 4.
All players must be registered and paid up as soon as possible or at the latest, 2 days before Round 1. If anyone requires assistance, we are happy to work with you and ask that you contact:

Please register as soon as you can to ensure readiness for the season and enable the Club to provide the best possible facilities, equipment and personnel for the forthcoming season.

Player Sponsorship
We encourage players to support the club and find a sponsor. Player Sponsors provide greater exposure and much needed revenue for our Club. Sponsorship packages ($750 incl. GST) are available on TigerMart, click here. Sponsored players will have their subs reimbursed.
Please note: This year if you have a player sponsor lined up and they have paid prior to registering, we will be able to provide you with a voucher to register with. You will still have to pay a VAFA registration fee of $11.
