On behalf of the St.Bedes/Mentone Tigers President and Committee I would like to congratulate the mighty U16s on their great victory over Ormond in the Grand Final on Sunday. A terriffic win by the team and a outstanding effort by both Bill Biggs and Wendy Garside in bringing the boys together to complete a fantastic season. As I took my dog for a walk late Sunday evening it was great to hear the Tigers theme song being sung loudly by the boys coming out of the Garside home. I’m sure all the neighbors were singin’ it in their dreams also. Again well done boys on a great win.
