The Coates Hire AFCA/VAFA Coach of the Year luncheon was held yesterday with Luke Beveridge being named Senior Coach of the Year for the second year in a row, after successfully taking the St Bedes/Mentone Tigers to the A Section premiership.
Owen Lalor was named as the Under 19 Coach of the Year for the second year as well. He succesfully coached the Tigers to the Under 19 Premier title.
Congratulations to Luke and Owen who will now be nominated by the AFCA/VAFA for the statewide awards.
