Wanted: Reserves Umpires, all matches within reasonable distance, help the Club by joing the Reserves umpires pool. For many years the St Bedes/Mentone Tigers has contributed to the pool of VAFA Reserves Umpires. Indeed, we have more than carried our weight in this department. Due to a series of retirements, we find ourselves without a member of the pool in 2011. Umpires are assigned Reserves matches in the local area that don’t include your own Club. Payment is $80 per match and to get “qualified” you need only attend one short, practical session at Elsternwick Park. Please contact Tom Brain via
