The role is assisting our Under 19 Premier Coach in developing a talented list of young players to progress their Football Careers, whilst Coaching the Under 19 South side in his own right.
Qualities we require are:
• Strong desire to teach and develop players
• Ability to nuture young and emerging talent
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Level 1 Coaching Accreditation and a knowledge of the VAFA Competition is a distinct advantage.
