On Saturday 15 August, Kingston Council greatly assisted with a wavier of the hire fee for Kingston Town Hall for the Jack Vawdrey Road to recovery fundraiser. Our three Central Ward Councillors, Mayor Cr Geoff Gledhill, and Councillors Ron Brownlees OAM and Rosemary West OAM contributed $500 each from their ward fund allocations to our fundraising account. The club wishes to acknowledge their support which will be added to other fundraising efforts to support Jack’s on-going needs. Many thanks councillors Gledhill, Brownlees and West.
