Our Sponsorship Manaer Fiona Lawrence updates us on the the big raffle…… The day has finally come. The big Toyota Yaris raffle draw is on Saturday at 1:00 pm drawn by Mark Bradke basketball star! Come to the SBMT v Beaumaris derby game and participate in the excitement and anticipation.
We are almost at the 470 mark which is 100 books over the reserve. I am really pleased with this result and we still push for the 10k target with all the books still out there to be brought in. if you have a book please contact me and I will pick it up from your house or workplace. The 100 books over has been the monumental effort of the clubs true individuals making a point of selling more than 1 book sometimes 10 books. The response by the team managers and good spirit has been outstanding and requires special mention, they already perform a huge task and so, have gone above and beyond with this fundraiser. A huge thanks to all the Tiger players families and members out there who put in the effort for the club.
Merv Kane has really been the key driver in this project running the spreadsheet, banking, tracking the Seniors, selling tickets at Woolies and running general errands between sponsors. Without Mervs enthusiasm, verve and swerve we would not be in such a healthy position. I am forever grateful to him.
