Our Corboy Club Coterie aims to lessen the financial burden for those hard workers who have taken on the responsibility of running the club; and to also help keep our playing membership fees as low as possible.
Peter Corboy himself was a man who dedicated much of his life to ensuring as many young people in our wonderful community had an opportunity to play football at Mentone.
Each year we have fantastic volunteers working hard to provide the current playing generation the opportunity to play for St Bedes / Mentone Tigers AFC.
Since 2015 Corboy Club Coterie has had a group of like-minded supporters that, unlike Peter, might not have a lot of time to contribute, but like to help sustain the club by making a monthly donation. The Corboy Club’s helps in a small, but important way to support the financial viability of the club.
Our aim is to have coterie members across the generations of supporters and past players with each Corboy Club Coterie member making an affordable, small direct debit to the club each month.
Members also have the opportunity to catch up at the annual Corboy Club Luncheon as the clubs guest.
Come on board and remain an active supporter of the club. Please contact us with an email.
“Recognition of the strength, support, and the roles women play as passionate parents, supporters, and lovers of grassroots football.”
Women of St Bedes/Mentone Tigers provides an opportunity for women to come together to share friendship, their skills, gifts, and talents. Their purpose is not all about football. ‘Women of SBMT’ provides networking opportunities and social events throughout the year to gather, enjoy each other’s company, and to support the club, its members, players and the wider community.
