At the 2011 Annual General Meeting members unanimously adopted the the Special Resolution forming a Board to govern the Club. The Board will be supported by three committees responsible for the day-to-day management of the Club. Members then elected the first Club Board consisting of Seamus McGettigan (Club President & Chairman), Peter Kiploks (Club Secretary), Rob Pastorello (Finance Director), John Meyer (House Director), Tom Brain (President, VAFA Football), and Andrew Murphy (President, MSJFL Football).
