The Herald Sun ran the following story last Monday. “James Morris catapulted Sandringham back into TAC Cup finals contention with a seven goal haul in the Dragons’ 86 point win against the Oakleigh Chargers. Sandringham kicked 14 goals to one after halftime at Warrawee Park, to win 21.9 (135) to 6.13 (49). Winless after five games, Sandringham has strung together three straight wins. While captain Patrick Liston and Jake Lew, who chipped in with three goals, were impressive, it was 16 year old Morris, in only his fourth game for the club, who stole the show.” James and Pat are both SBMT U19 players.
