More great news from the @smjfl Awards night, with More great news from the @smjfl Awards night, with Bryan McDonnell being awarded Coach of the Year! As well as coaching, Bryan was the driving force that made our Under 12 Girls team a reality this year, with a lot of hard work behind the scenes to put together a team of enthusiastic girls! Despite many of them having never kicked a footy before, under Bryan's guidance they improved week after week, a rapid development curve that took them to the finals in their first season. Congratulations, Bryan, on a well deserved award! ❤️💙💛
A huge congratulations to Gerard Jackson who was r A huge congratulations to Gerard Jackson who was recognised as the Volunteer Umpire of the Year at tonight's @smjfl awards. This is a very deserving accolade for Jacko who from the very first ball up in Under 8s has made sure our youngest players are supported, safe, and developing their love of the game. His fairness and willingness to teach players instead of just blowing a whistle is second to none, and we're so lucky to have such great volunteers at the Tigers ❤️💙💛 Well done, Jacko!
