Electronic Video Screen / Scoreboards update Mentone Reserve & Southern Road Reserve
The club is now just waiting on the Planning Permit from the City of Kingston and Building Permit to install the scoreboards which are in store in Carrum Downs.
They should be installed before the end of the year and commissioned in early 2018.
The club is humbled by the monetary gift of Peter Kerr who passed away on 7 January 2016 and the strong support of Isaacs MP Mark Dreyfus and Hotham MP Clare O’Neil in providing the bulk of these monies along with donations from club members.
The Mentone scoreboard is a 6M wide x 3 M high LED panel and will be built onto the current scoreboard which includes a software package ready to highlight club sponsors and savvy businesses who understand that club members support companies who support kids and young men and women playing sport.
The Southern Road Scoreboard is a 4M wide x 2M high LED panel mounted onto a stand-a-lone frame opposite the change rooms. This panel also includes a software package ready for advertising and please note that as scores cannot be shown during Under 8’s, 9’s and 10’s, the whole screen can be an advertising space during these matches.
