handupThe George Alexander Best Club Person Award winners for 2016 are Merv Kane and Katrina Wieringa. Merv took on a myriad of jobs throughout 2016 including our major Toyota Yaris Car Raffle supplied by Mentone Toyota and Katrina was the backbone of the accounting side of the Club allocating all the financial ins and outs into the right columns. The award is named after St Bedes OCFC Past President George Alexander who was President in the 1970’s for 5 years and tragically passed away too young at age 35.
