The Senior team continued its good form with a strong 56 point win over Parkdale on Saturday. The Reserves smashed their opponents by 194 points whilst the U19’s continued on their merry way with a 160 point win over MHSOB. Clubbies went down by 40 points to De La.

The Tigers remain undefeated Section leaders after 13 rounds and are f ive games clear atop of the Ladder
St Bedes, who were coming off a six day break after defeating second placed Ajax last Sunday, were too pacy for their lack lustre opponents.
After an even first quarter the tigers kicked into gear with a six goal burst to jump to a 19 point lead at half time.
The star of the show was the Tigers pocket rocket rover in Aaron Sawers. The young star was on song from the first bounce and was easily best afield.
The Tigers lost Andrew Scafidi early after a nasty head clash saw both players taken to hospital. His brother Anthony continued on his good form of recent weeks with another fine display.
Half forward Andrew Hayes returned to form with three goals and a swag of kicks whilst the Tiger on ball brigade led by Sam Anstey, Tim McColl and Michael Wintle were far to polished for their Parkdale counter parts.
The Tigers were missing a number of players including skipper Luke Wintle due to flu. This however did not diminish the team as rising stars in Andrew McMahon and Dean Porter continue to develop. McMahon finished with two goals.
The Tigers again were astray with their kicking. The third quarter saw 14 scoring shots return only four goals.
The Tiger back line of Steven Kidd who is in the best form of his career, Nic Corda and David Kinsella were on top of their opponents all day.
The strength of the Tigers was clear with their reserves team demolishing Parkdale top of the ladder as well.
