B Section Fight Lost
The seniors were over run by Old Essendon to lose the chance of staying in B Section for 2006. The result was disappointing given the team lead by 21 points at the final change and had dominated for most of the game. Reserves were the shining light winning their way into the finals.

Tim Beasley Breaks Record
Legend Tim Beasley broke the club VAFA record for the most number of senior first 18 games when he played his 244th game on Sunday. A Club Legend, Tim won the competition Best & Fairest on three occasions, (disqualified once unfortunately); also won numerous club B&F’s as well as representing the VAFA State side.
