It is with great sadness that we advise of the sudden and recent passing of former Mentone footballer, Hall of Fame member and 1967 premiership player Tarpan (Gary) Baird. Tarpan played 130 games for the club and commenced in the juniors with Mentone Fourths in 1962 and was vice-captain of the Thirds in 1965. Matt Collins Memorial Service
The Collins family would like to invite you to celebrate the adventurous life of Matt on Friday November 11th. The memorial service will be held at Bunurong Memorial Park in the Stratus Reflection Space; commencing at 12:30. We ask everyone to arrive at least 15-30 mins prior. U19 Div 1 Premiers!
In another historic double for the Club, our Under 19 Div 1 and Div 3 teams both claimed premierships! Coach Caine Grove reports on the dominant season and outstanding Grand Final win for our U19 Div 1 team. Heading into the final series was a nerve-racking time, mainly due to the fortunate situation of ending the season with just 1 loss.

In another historic double for the Club, our Under 19 Div 1 and Div 3 teams both claimed premierships! Coach Tighe Chandler reports on the narrowest of wins for the U19 Div 3 team. A fantastic win in our Preliminary Final against a red rot favourite in Preston Bullants installed inner belief that we could do something special in our upcoming Grand Final vs Parkside.
